At home: Card Workout

Hello everyone! So health is super important to me and so I decided to make a Vlog/Blog post of an easy way to workout at home using a deck of cards.

What you will need:
1. a deck of card
2. markers

What I did was...
1. Divide the cards in to each suit and label them with a workout



2. Shuffle the cards and divide them into two sections




3. Pick one and there is your workout! Enjoy:)
