See a COUNSELOR!
For me I didn't just see the school counselor, I went beyond that I found a counselor in a program that is specifically for MY major.
This is within a program at my school its called STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), the best advise for anyone is to look for anything that has to do with what you are doing. Find a club, tutoring session, counselor anything really.
