Diet for Your Body Type

Hello:) 
So this a blog regarding information I have been receiving
 through my doctors and health related shows & websites, hope this helps enjoy!

How much did you weigh as a baby? 
(this predicts where you will gain weight)
7 pounds and under = Bigger bellies
7 pounds and over = Bigger butts

How do you float? 
Fat floats! 
This is to identify where your fat is located, check it out!

7 and under -best way to diet!
High protein diet -best way to loose it!
1.Don't eat breakfast unless your hungry
2. Turkey sandwich (Lunch)
3. Meats for dinner:)
Drinks- Pomegranate Juice 

7 and over -best way to diet!
High carb diet 
Avoid dairy 
Drink soy milk 
(it's actually a lot better for women, many studies show)

For everyone: Fiber is important (25 grams!) 
(10 oranges, 6 baked Potato's, 12 slices of wheat bread)
Average American gets 10-15 grams

Or
Get fiber elsewhere: like in Metamucil, simply add into water (8 ounces)
