Statement make-up

Anyway today what I want to share with you is how to use make-up as a statement

 and today's make-up product is EYELINER

One thing that I have learned is when you want your eyes to stand out use colors like Silver or Gold, and apply it to your water line. This is easy & simple. However, if you want to apply eye shadow or black eyeliner do so. Enjoy & let me know what you think:))
