Do your body some good:)

Hello:)
So obviously summer is getting closer and so I want to get a head start on becoming more healthy:))
I am going to a concert May 18, to one of my favorite artist ever Kina Grannis, and I was to be in some kind of "good shape" before than. I will be trying my best to share with you things I do to stay healthy!

Today's tip is log what you do!
I normally do not run daily because I am always doing homework but when I do I log it on
